Is there a property that you are looking to purchase? Then a comprehensive survey may be advisable. We can also conduct an in-depth Technical Due Diligence (TDD) review to determine the investments required for maintenance and repairs during a given period. Expansion and adaptation opportunities can also be taken into account.
