Preparation of expert opinions
We prepare expert opinions for you on the evidence we preserve, in good time before the construction work starts. The technical condition of all neighbouring properties is photographed and documented.
We not only record the condition of and previous damage to the façades of neighbouring buildings, but also to the internal rooms. The extent of documentation depends on the type of construction project you are planning.
Public infrastructure such as pavements (e.g. paving protocol), green spaces, fencing and lighting can also be taken into account.
We can moreover set up a monitoring system during the construction project for neighbouring buildings at particular risk.
We then conduct a comparative condition survey once your construction project is completed. We differentiate here between whether a defect already existed or could be deemed to have been caused by the construction measures.
An expert opinion on the evidence preserved can thus essentially protect you against unjustified claims from neighbouring properties and prevent potential disputes.
